Reporter: The fans were in a frenzy when American Idol Season 7 First Runner-up David Archuleta arrived in the country at around 3:00PM this afternoon. Archuleta is back in the Philippines to promote his new album at his big Fans’ Day event tomorrow at SM Skydome.

David: The new album, TOSOD, I’m promoting that. It just came out last month, so I’m looking forward to coming to promote here in the Philippines.

Reporter: And he could not avoid rumors of something going on between him and Charice.

David: Oh, I’ll get to see her next week… Charice is awesome.

Reporter: And because his Filipino fans are close to his heart, here is his personal message.

David: “SAHHLAMAT PO.. MAHAL KO *GIGGLE* KOH KAHHYOO*… Mahal koh kahyoo.. yeah, right? That’s it, yeah.”
